Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales of products and services provided by 2tech, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Lorient Trade and Companies Register under number 497 687 442 00028, with its registered office located in Crac'h.

Article 2: Purpose

These GTC are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products and the provision of industrial electronics repair services offered by 2tech to its professional customers.

Article 3: Order and Acceptance

Any order placed on the 2tech website constitutes the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 4: Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the 2tech website at the time the order is placed.

Article 5: Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They do not include shipping costs, which are charged separately based on the order amount and the selected delivery method.

Article 6: Payment Terms

Payment for the order is made by:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer

Article 7: Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer when placing the order via DHL Express. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

Article 8: Returns and Exchanges

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging, complete, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Article 9: Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year contractual warranty from the date of delivery.

Article 10: Liability

2tech's liability cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance with these GTC due to force majeure.

Article 11: Personal Data

The personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for processing the order. This data is confidential and will not be transmitted to any third party.

Article 12: Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these GTC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lorient.
