They do not include shipping costs, which are charged separately based on the order amount and the selected delivery method. <\/p>\n<h2>Article 6: Payment Terms<\/h2>\n<p>Payment for the order is made by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit card<\/li>\n<li>PayPal<\/li>\n<li>Bank transfer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Article 7: Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Products are delivered to the address specified by the buyer when placing the order via DHL Express. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. <\/p>\n<h2>Article 8: Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging, complete, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. <\/p>\n<h2>Article 9: Warranty<\/h2>\n<p>All products are covered by a 2-year contractual warranty from the date of delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 10: Liability<\/h2>\n<p>2tech's liability cannot be engaged in the event of non-compliance with these GTC due to force majeure.<\/p>\n<h2>Article 11: Personal Data<\/h2>\n<p>The personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for processing the order. This data is confidential and will not be transmitted to any third party. <\/p>\n<h2>Article 12: Applicable Law and Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>These GTC are governed by French law.
