The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Service (GTCS) is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the provision of industrial electronics repair services offered by 2tech to its professional clients.

Article 2: Order and Acceptance

Any repair request made by the client implies their unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

Article 3: Services

The repair services offered by 2tech are detailed in the quote provided to the client prior to any intervention.

Article 4: Price

The prices of the services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). They may be fixed-price or based on an hourly rate.

Article 5: Execution Times

Execution times are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and the availability of spare parts.

Article 6: Payment Terms

Payment for services is made according to the terms defined in the quote (down payment upon order, balance upon delivery, etc.).

Article 7: Return of Equipment

Once the repair is completed, the equipment is returned to the client by [delivery method]. Return shipping costs are borne by the client unless otherwise stated in the quote.

Article 8: Warranty

Repairs carried out by 2tech benefit from a contractual warranty of [duration] from the date of delivery.

Article 9: Liability

2tech's liability cannot be engaged in the event of loss or deterioration of the equipment resulting from a force majeure event, improper use of the equipment by the client, or intervention by an unauthorized third party.
